Howard A. Vex
Howard Vex is a partner at Courter Kobert & Cohen, P.C., with offices in Hackettstown, Sparta and Morristown.  He specializes in labor and employment law and litigation and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Michigan, the District of Columbia and the Federal Courts.
Mr. Vex has nineteen years of comprehensive experience representing and defending private and public sector employers in labor and employment disputes pending before the Federal and State Courts and before a wide variety of governmental agencies.  He regularly handles matters before the Public Employment Relations Commission, Civil Service Commission, Office of Administrative Law, Division on Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Division of Pensions and Benefits, Division of Worker’s Compensation and both the New Jersey and U.S. Department of Labor.  Having developed an extensive public sector concentration, Mr. Vex serves as labor counsel to over twenty Northwest New Jersey municipalities, school boards, public libraries and county agencies. 
Mr. Vex is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Rutgers Law School - Newark, where he concentrated his legal studies in labor and employment law.   He is the immediate Past-President of the Sussex-Warren Human Resource Management Association, the Northwest New Jersey chapter of SHRM, which represents over 240,000 of the Nation’s top human resource professionals.  Mr. Vex also regularly authors articles on a wide variety of labor and employment law topics and is an active presenter, participating in the following recent programs:

Jonathan Meyers

  • Counseling employers about compliance with employment laws, lawsuit prevention, and training;
  • Responding to administrative agencies (such as the EEOC, OSHA, DOL, NJDCR, and NYDHR);
  • Drafting significant documents (such as handbooks, policies, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants); and
  • The defense of cases involving allegations of wrongful discharge, whistle-blower retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and contractual breaches.

Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jonathan is currently the Legislative Chair for the Warren-Sussex Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. Additionally, in recent years, he has served as an adjunct professor of Communications Law at Seton Hall University's Graduate Program in Communications and been a member of the boards of trustees of the Morris-Sussex Family Support Organization and Woodfield at Mount Olive Homeowners Association.

Leonard P. Pasculli
Len Pasculli is a partner at Hollander, Hontz, Pasculli, Pasculli, Hinkes, Gacquin, Vandenberg and Hontz, L.L.C., located in Newton.  He specializes in business law and contracts, real estate, and elder law (which includes wills, estates, guardianships and Medicaid planning). 
Just prior to joining the firm in March 2008, Mr. Pasculli was employed as a senior associate general counsel and vice president of human resources for Sequa Corporation, a multi-national Fortune 500 manufacturing company.  Prior employment includes in-house lawyer positions with International Specialty Products Inc. (fka GAF Corporation) and United States Mineral Products Corporation.  He has 30 years of experience. 
Mr. Pasculli holds a law degree from Fordham Law School and an MBA degree from Rutgers University.  He received his Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University.  He is the Treasurer and President Elect of the Sussex-Warren Human Resource Management Association, and the Chair of the Human Resource Development Committee of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce.
