Mark E. Green
Speaker – Strategist – Consultant – Coach
Since founding Performance Dynamics Group in 2003, Mark has consulted with
successful, closely held businesses and partnerships to help them take more
proactive control of their destiny by sharpening focus, increasing accountability,
and achieving more predictable and sustainable results. The role he assumes
for his clients is a hybrid of catalyst, coach, and business advisor, and his
work is fundamentally about developing changes in both thinking and behavior – individually
and organizationally – that lead to “next level” outcomes.
Prior to founding Performance Dynamics Group, Mark’s professional experience
included 15 years in a number of industries and management roles for both small
and large firms. His senior management responsibilities included six years
of outsourcing and consulting for the banking and technology industries, and
three years with a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology
and management consulting. Mark also has expertise in event management, publishing,
and marketing services.
Mark has extensive functional experience in management, marketing, sales,
information technology, and staffing. He possesses a wealth of knowledge as
a direct result of resolving complex management issues in a wide range of environments,
managing large and complex client relationships, attracting and retaining high-performing
staff, developing quality services, and packaging services and alliances into
marketable offerings.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, with a
major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. He resides in Green
Brook, New Jersey with his wife and three sons.
