Our client needs a Project Manager with extensive experience managing one or more Tenant Representation Commercial Corporate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing team members, consultants and vendors on project sizes from High end fit and finish projects to Corporate Headquarters multi phased projects. Experience with construction, furniture, security, audio visual and moving in a project management capacity.

Requirements 
The candidate must have extensive experience managing large scale commercial construction projects which would include overseeing construction, furniture, movers, and security.
Responsibilities include:
·         Liaison with client to establish objectives, needs and goals
·         Assemble team members, direct and motivate them
·         Facilitate project communication
·         Produce and manage the RFP process and negotiate final contracts
·         Establish and manage schedules, track, forecast and manage any changes to plan
·         Manage preliminary Budget and provide budget reporting
·         Handle payment procedures and establish change order control procedures
·         Provide ongoing project reporting to client
·         Manage project documentation, including approvals and changes, disputes, delays and claims.
·         Ensure completion of all services
Must have college degree or certification in Project Management, 5 to 7 years in Project Management primarily for interior projects. Experience with construction, furniture, security, audio visual and moving is needed.
LEED accredited is a plus.
