Scott is a Regional Vice President for BlessingWhite, Inc., an international training and consulting firm specializing in leadership and employee development. In this role Scott works with clients as a coach, facilitator, consultant and thought leader in personal and professional development, employee engagement and talent management. Prior to BlessingWhite, Scott worked at Prudential Insurance Company, and Atlantic Mutual Companies in various corporate training and development functions. Scott is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Master’s of Arts degree in adult education and training and a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In addition, Scott has been a featured speaker on career development and leadership at ASTD, NJ Organizational Development Network (NJODN), SHRM, Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) and others.
